The rules are too strict, and sometimes people are removed from their selling places. This makes it hard for them to grow or even survive.
  • Proposed Solution: Suggested that the government should stop punishing small sellers and instead help them. Small businesses should be included in city plans. Markets should be improved with clean water, toilets, lights, and safe places to sell. People can also work together in groups to support each other and get help.
  • Tech Integration: Proposed using mobile phones can help sellers know prices and avoid being cheated. Mobile money like MPESA can make paying safer than cash. Simple computer systems can help the government plan markets better and help small businesses stay organized.
